The Rian Group is top-notch....so effective that we barely got the "forsale" sign in the yard and our color flyers before we got an offer on our house. This speaks to the Rian Groups network of contacts etc. Very effective. After the sale of my house I recommended the Rian Group for my parents. Aaron Rian and the Rian Group shopped their home before it was even listed on RMLS and had an offer on their home before the forsale sign and color flyers even arrived and were installed!
